Classes and Meetings!

We are offering the EVERY CHILD CAN! class in January (please go to our teacher information page for details).

This class is open to EVERYONE who is interested. Suzuki parents, teachers, greandparents, older students, etc. It is a one day class about the Suzuki approach and how it is applied. 

For teachers - we will be offering Violin/Viola Unit One on Saturdays from January to April. This year the SAA has temporarily removed the requirement that a book 4 audition has to be submitted for this level. If you have been wondering about Suzuki teaching, this is a great year to try it out with fewer hoops to jump through to be enrolled. 

We now have bi-monthly teacher meetings, and would like to start up parent meetings if there is enough interest. If you are interested in this, please email us and let us know. We also need parents on our board. Meetings happen via zoom roughly every other month, so not a huge time commitment. If you would like to be a part of the decsion making process for what events we will offer every year, please contact us about how to join!

Our next local teacher meeting will be Saturday, October 3rd at the studio of Karyn Grove-Bruce near DeArmoun. Please email us for the exact address. It will be held at 5 pm and includes wine and cheese! Come join us and talk with colleagues!
